WORKSHOP "FROM WORDS TO PACTS"

The workshop, through the active involvement of the participants, will focus on the presentation of the general principles underlying the shared administration model and on the tool of collaboration agreements. The transition from competition to collaboration, through the care of common goods, opens up new paths that make the experiences of participation already underway generative, enhancing the creativity and skills of each person.

Pasquale Bonasora - President of Labsus - Subsidiarity Lab, a research center founded in 2005 with the aim of promoting research and studies on the principle of subsidiarity; Expert in the construction of citizen involvement processes for the definition of Collaboration Pacts; Consultant and trainer for public, private and third sector bodies on shared administration processes and care of common goods.

The principle of horizontal subsidiarity fundamentally changes the relationship between public administration and citizens, setting the relationship between these two poles in terms of collaboration rather than opposition. Collaboration agreements are the tool that allows to release the energies of a community by enhancing the skills, abilities and knowledge of each person.
