"MANI IN PASTA" - WORKSHOP FOR CHILDREN ON SOLIDARITY FLOURS OF FRIULI VENEZIA GIULIA

Children should only bring an apron to wear. In the afternoon, the purpose of the workshop and the solidarity flours project will be explained to children in order to increase their awareness of the origin and quality of food. Subsequently, the guests of the workshop, supported by helpers, will make cookies that they will consume during the afternoon snack, using selected products supplied by local companies. This is followed by a meeting dedicated to adults in which the principles of the sustainable economy are illustrated and local foods made with 0 km products can be tasted.
The workshop is aimed to children aged from 8 to 12 and will be led by the baker Matteo Iordan of the "Panificio Iordan" in Capriva del Friuli. 15 places available, for reservations please write to circoloarcigong@gmail.com
